Returns Policy

REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED TO CREDIT CARDS!

YOU MAY RETURN:

UN-OPENED ITEMS: 
Un-opened Video, DVD, cassette, compact disc or CD-ROM within 15 days of receipt at your own shipping cost.
Upon receipt of your un-opened returned merchandise we will place  credit to your customer file only   to be applied to your next order.
All merchandise must be returned with the original invoice and in the original condition in which our company initially shipped it.
Please attach a note indicating reason for return of the item and further directions regarding exchange or credit.
We are NOT responsible for any damages that may occur during transit of your item or items back to our warehouse.
We highly recommend that you purchase insurance before shipping back your items.
 
YOU MAY RETURN: 

OPENED, DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you have received a defective item, please notify our sales team BEFORE attempting to return the item/s for
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
The item will be reviewed by our returns department,  if it is deemed to be factory defective ONLY then a replacement item will be shipped out to you as soon as possible.

If the item is NOT DEEMED to be factory defective then the exact item will be shipped back to you,  at YOUR SHIPPING COST.
 
If we, www.greekcitymusic.com, have incorrectly shipped an item which has NOT been ordered by you, as per your online order sheet, then please call us first via 1.888.313.CITY ask for our internet sales department, and we will direct you with further return instructions. 
 
In What Currency will my Credit Card be Charged?

As our company, greekcitymusic.com, is located in Niles, Illinois all transactions occur in a fixed USD currency. Your financial institution of which your credit card is issued from will convert the USD amount to the appropriate curreny of your home country. NOTE: Exchange rates vary on a daily basis.

Your Credit Card will be charged once your credit card financial institution has approved your billing information and has assigned us an authorization number for the order amount in USD dollars.

Damaged Goods due to Transit

If you have received an order that has been damaged due to transit, please notify us soon as possible by calling 1.888.313.CITY

If damaged goods due to transit have been delivered by UPS please make sure BEFORE SIGNING, that you indicate the package was delivered to your doorstep in a damaged state.
